dodge-ball yes in schools

Dodge ball should be allowed in schools because it’s fun and who doesn’t like to try new things. I love the sport of dodge ball, especially when I play it with my friends because it’s a lot of fun and great exercise too. When I talk to people about dodge ball they tell me that the thing they like best is the adrenaline rush they get when they play it.
Research tells me that playing sports relieves stress and calms the body down. When kids are less stressed they perform better in school and feel better about themselves. There are so many things in life that can cause a child stress and if there was a simple way to relieve it such as playing dodge ball, that would be great   Sports or exercise, which a good game of dodge ball could be, also makes the body feel better and helps you deal with bad days.
Being allowed to have dodge ball in school will help kids get the exercise they need. Dodge ball is so much fun that kids don’t realize they’re exercising while playing the game. Research has proven that 60 minutes of exercise daily will help fight childhood obesity and decrease the amount of over weight teens. When kids loss weight they will feel better about them selves. Playing sports will help with this weight loss and hopefully boost self esteem. If kids use 60 minutes of exercise this may help them expand their energy and hopefully stop them from being hyper and help them calm down.
As you can see dodge ball has a lot of advantages, especially by getting good exercise and using their energy in the rite way. Dodge ball isn’t only a form of great exercise, but helps kids with their aggression and hopefully helps the kids stay in the classroom where learning can take place.
